I think it's useful to break stuff down into key components when you're learning things - so I did it with immersive sims (agency, systems, emergence, consistency, reactivity). You might have seen four in the most recent Boss Keys to show the four criteria for assessing find- and follow-the-path dungeons. These ones are just for fun, really, but I'm also experimenting with symbols in other videos. D'oh! The Darkest Dungeon one is cool but overly complicated compared to the rest.Īnyway, here they are - both as sketches and as the finished vector art. I thought that was the best one but actually found, mid edit, that io Interactive is using a similar symbol for the Hitman elusive targets. The Darkest Dungeon torch turned into a bummed out skull.
